Estos términos y condiciones de uso (los "Términos y Condiciones") regulan el acceso y la navegación por la página web [URL del sitio web] (el "Sitio Web"), creada para dar a conocer Rankimpact, el nuevo producto de Billionhands, con motivo de su lanzamiento en DMEXCO.
El Sitio Web es titularidad de Billionhands, S.L. ("Billionhands" o "nosotros"), cuyos datos identificativos y de contacto son los siguientes:

Objeto y carácter temporal de el Sitio Web
El Sitio Web tiene una finalidad exclusivamente informativa y promocional: presentar Rankimpact, una plataforma que permite a medios digitales, televisiones y otros distribuidores de contenido autocontratar e integrar en sus contenidos un catálogo de rankings, así como permitir a los profesionales interesados solicitar información o mostrar su interés en probar el producto.
El Sitio Web tiene carácter temporal. Billionhands podrá modificarla, suspenderla o desactivarla en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de preaviso, sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización alguna a favor de los usuarios.
Condiciones de acceso y uso
El acceso y la navegación por el Sitio Web son gratuitos y no requieren registro ni creación de cuenta.

En caso de que un usuario acceda finalmente a Rankimpact, la relación se regirá por las condiciones contractuales específicas que se acuerden en cada caso, incluidos, en su caso, los Términos para anunciantes, que prevalecerán sobre estos Términos y Condiciones en lo relativo al uso del producto.

Las menciones a DMEXCO se realizan con el único fin de informar sobre el evento en el que se presenta Rankimpact. Billionhands no es organizadora de DMEXCO, y las marcas y signos distintivos del evento pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. Billionhands no se responsabiliza de los cambios de fechas, horarios, ubicación o condiciones de acceso al evento, que dependen exclusivamente de su organizador.
Propiedad intelectual e industrial
Billionhands es titular de los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el Sitio Web, su código fuente y objeto, su diseño, interfaz y demás elementos, así como de los derechos de propiedad industrial sobre las marcas "Billionhands" y "Rankimpact", nombres comerciales y demás signos distintivos.
Los textos, imágenes, gráficos y demás contenidos del Sitio Web son titularidad de Billionhands o se utilizan bajo licencia de terceros.

These terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions") govern access to and browsing of the website [website URL] (the "Website"), created to present Rankimpact, the new Billionhands product, on the occasion of its launch at DMEXCO.
The Website is owned by Billionhands, S.L. ("Billionhands" or "we"), whose identification and contact details are as follows:
These Terms and Conditions are binding on any person who accesses the Website (the "user" or "you").
By browsing the Website you declare that you have read and agree to be bound by the following documents: these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not access or use the Website.
The original version of these Terms and Conditions is written in Spanish. However, as a courtesy, Billionhands may make versions in other languages (such as English or German) available to users. In the event of any contradiction between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Purpose and temporary nature of the Website
The Website is exclusively informative and promotional in purpose: to present Rankimpact, a platform that allows digital media, television channels and other content distributors to self-contract and embed a catalogue of rankings in their content, and to allow interested professionals to request information or express their interest in trying the product.
The Website is temporary. Billionhands may modify, suspend or deactivate it at any time and without prior notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation in favour of users.
Conditions of access and use
Access to and browsing of the Website are free of charge and do not require registration or the creation of an account.
The Website is aimed at professionals and companies in the media, advertising and content distribution sectors. Only persons over eighteen (18) years of age may access it and use the contact form.
Contact form
The Website includes a form through which interested users may request information about Rankimpact or express their interest in being among the first to try it. The following data is requested for this purpose: company, first name, surname, telephone number, email address and job title.
By submitting the form, the user undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and warrants that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company they indicate. The user must not provide third-party data without their consent.
Submitting the form does not constitute an offer, contract or reservation of any kind, nor does it create any obligation for Billionhands to grant access to Rankimpact. Billionhands may freely select the companies that take part in the first product trials according to its own criteria.
Should a user ultimately gain access to Rankimpact, the relationship will be governed by the specific contractual conditions agreed in each case, including, where applicable, the Advertiser Terms, which will prevail over these Terms and Conditions as regards use of the product.
Informative nature of the content
The information about Rankimpact contained on the Website (including descriptions of features, examples, charts and revenue or performance figures) is purely illustrative and indicative. It does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of results, which will in each case depend on factors beyond Billionhands' control, such as the audience, the type of content or each distributor's advertisers.
The features, availability and conditions of Rankimpact may differ from those described on the Website, particularly as it is a product at launch stage.
References to DMEXCO
References to DMEXCO are made for the sole purpose of providing information about the event at which Rankimpact is presented. Billionhands is not the organiser of DMEXCO, and the event's trademarks and distinctive signs belong to their respective owners. Billionhands is not responsible for changes to the dates, times, location or conditions of access to the event, which depend exclusively on its organiser.
Intellectual and industrial property
Billionhands owns the intellectual property rights to the Website, its source and object code, its design, interface and other elements, as well as the industrial property rights to the "Billionhands" and "Rankimpact" trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs.
The texts, images, graphics and other content on the Website are owned by Billionhands or used under licence from third parties.
The user may view the content of the Website exclusively for private use and to assess their interest in Rankimpact, without modifying or altering it, and always respecting copyright and industrial property notices. This authorisation does not imply the granting of any licence. The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the Website or its content is prohibited, as is the extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of its information by automated means (screen scraping, bots, spiders, etc.) or manually, except with the express written authorisation of Billionhands.
