Cookie policy
Reviewed and published as of 21 September 2026.
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Billionhands, on its own behalf or on behalf of a third party engaged to provide measurement services, may use cookies and other similar mechanisms for storing and retrieving data on terminal equipment (hereinafter, "Cookies").
Through the use of cookies, the server hosting the website can recognise the browser used by the user, so that browsing is easier, allowing, for example, previously registered users to access areas, services or promotions reserved exclusively for them without having to register on each visit. They are also used to measure audience and traffic parameters, as well as to track progress and the number of entries.
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a file that is installed in the user's browser when they access certain pages or applications. Cookies allow the owner of a website or app, among other things, to store and retrieve information about a user's or their device's browsing habits and, depending on the information they contain and the way the device is used, they can be used to recognise the user.

3. What types of cookies does this website use and what are their purposes?
By managing entity of the domain
- First-party cookies: are those sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
- Third-party cookies: are those sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
By length of time they remain
- Session cookies: are a type of cookie designed and used to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. As their name indicates, these cookies are stored on the device until the user's browsing session ends.
- Persistent cookies: are those in which the data remains stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
By purpose
- Technical cookies: are those that allow the user to browse a web page and use the different options or services that exist on it, including those used to enable the management and operation of the web page and to enable its functions and services.
- Personalisation cookies: are those that allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that may differentiate their experience from that of other users.
- Analytics cookies: are those that allow us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out the measurement and statistical analysis of how users use the service offered. To do so, their browsing on our website is analysed in order to improve the products or services we offer.
- Behavioural advertising cookies: are those that store information on users' behaviour obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which makes it possible to develop a specific profile in order to show advertising based on it.
4. Cookies used
5. Who are the recipients of the information? Where are they located?
The information collected through Cookies may be used both by Billionhands and by third-party collaborating companies, such as web analytics operators and agents, for the purposes described in the previous section.
Some of these collaborators may be located in third countries whose legislation does not offer an equivalent level of data protection; however, the user may consult the appropriate safeguards they offer so that international data transfers are carried out taking into account the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
The user can learn more about these third parties, as well as the types of cookies they install, the purposes for which they process the data, the safeguards they offer for carrying out international transfers, the retention periods and how preferences can be configured with respect to them, by accessing each provider's privacy policies on its official website.
In any case, Billionhands is not responsible for the accuracy and content of the privacy policies offered by those third parties on their websites.
6. What do we use advertising cookies for?
We collect data and work with service providers and third parties to show you and measure the performance of personalised ads on behalf of advertisers. This data comes from ad-tracking technologies set by us or by third parties (e.g. cookies), the information you provide (e.g. your email address), your use of the website's services (e.g. your browsing history on the website and account activity), information from advertisers or advertising providers (e.g. demographic data) and anything inferred from this information.
For example, we use Google to serve ads. Google uses cookies or unique device identifiers, in combination with its own data, to show you ads based on your visit to billionhands.com and other sites. You can opt out of certain Google cookies by visiting Google's related privacy policy.
You can find a list of some of the service providers and third parties we work with in section 3 of this policy.
We also identify groups of users to whom to show personalised ads on behalf of our advertisers. To do this, we combine the information we collect through surveys or registrations with information we collect automatically through tracking technologies while you browse our sites and applications. This combined information is used to build models. These data models are then used to measure user attributes, such as their demographic information or their interests. By working with service providers, we use these measurements to group users by common attributes. Each group is associated with a random identifier that is then passed to our ad server for use in targeted advertising campaigns on our sites and applications.
7. Cookie management
7.1. Cookie controls
Taking into account the information provided in this Cookie Policy, below we provide information on how you can manage the cookies used on the website through the different options offered by the most common browsers (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera) if you do not wish to use the preference management panel mentioned above. The Help function of most browsers explains how to configure your browser so that it does not accept cookies, so that it notifies you each time it receives a new cookie, and how to disable all cookies completely.
For example, you can find information on how to manage your cookie preferences in the most common browsers through the following links: Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, Safari and Opera.
If your browser is not among those above, consult your browser's specific documentation.
The opt-out mechanism creates a cookie that allows us to remember that you do not want additional cookies. However, if you delete cookies after requesting their removal, you will have to repeat the process.
These changes only apply to the browser through which you are currently connected. To delete cookies on other devices, you must follow the process described on those devices.
If the installation of all cookies on the website is prevented, some of its functionalities, as well as some content, may be affected.
7.2. Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and browser extensions support Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), which can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating your choice to opt out of certain types of data processing, including "sales" of data as defined in certain laws. In certain territories, when we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices as indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
7.3. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Unlike the GPC described above, there is no common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal; therefore, our websites do not respond to browser DNT signals. Instead, you can use other tools to control data collection and use, including the cookie and advertising controls described above.
7.4. Mobile advertising identifier controls
The iOS and Android operating systems offer options to limit tracking and/or reset advertising IDs.
8. Additional information
You can contact Billionhands at dpd@conversia.es where you can write to exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability or not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, as well as to withdraw the consent given.
To the extent that the information processed relates only to codes or unique identifiers of devices or browsers used by the user, and is not related to data that directly identifies the user, the above rights will not apply, unless the user provides additional information that allows their identification.
If you would like to know more about the processing of your data, you can consult the website's privacy policy.
