These terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions") govern access to and browsing of the website rankimpact.com (the "Website"), created to present Rankimpact, Billionhands' new product, on the occasion of its launch at DMEXCO.
The Website is owned by Billionhands, S.L. ("Billionhands" or "we"), whose identification and contact details are as follows:

These Terms and Conditions are binding on anyone who accesses the Website (the "user" or "you").
By browsing the Website you declare that you have read and agree to be bound by the following documents: these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not access or use the Website.
The original version of these Terms and Conditions is written in Spanish. However, as a courtesy, Billionhands may make versions in other languages (such as English or German) available to users. In the event of any contradiction between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Purpose and temporary nature of the Website
The Website has an exclusively informational and promotional purpose: to present Rankimpact, a platform that allows digital media, television channels and other content distributors to self-subscribe to and integrate into their content a catalogue of rankings, and to allow interested professionals to request information or express their interest in trying the product.
The Website is temporary in nature. Billionhands may modify, suspend or deactivate it at any time and without prior notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation in favour of users.
Conditions of access and use
Access to and browsing of the Website are free of charge and do not require registration or the creation of an account.
The Website is aimed at professionals and companies in the media, advertising and content distribution sector. Only persons over eighteen (18) years of age may access it and use the contact form.
Contact form
The Website includes a form through which interested users can request information about Rankimpact or express their interest in being among the first to try it. The following data is requested for this purpose: company, first name, last name, telephone number, email address and job title.
By submitting the form, the user undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and guarantees that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company they indicate. The user must not provide third-party data without their consent.
Submitting the form does not constitute an offer, a contract or a reservation of any kind, nor does it create any obligation for Billionhands to grant access to Rankimpact. Billionhands may freely select the companies that take part in the first tests of the product according to its own criteria.
Should a user eventually gain access to Rankimpact, the relationship will be governed by the specific contractual conditions agreed in each case, including, where applicable, the Terms for advertisers, which shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions with regard to use of the product.
Informational nature of the content
The information about Rankimpact contained on the Website (including descriptions of features, examples, charts and revenue or performance figures) is merely illustrative and indicative. It does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of results, which will depend in each case on factors outside Billionhands' control, such as the audience, the type of content or the advertisers of each distributor.
The features, availability and conditions of Rankimpact may differ from those described on the Website, especially as it is a product in its launch phase.
References to DMEXCO
References to DMEXCO are made for the sole purpose of providing information about the event at which Rankimpact is presented. Billionhands is not an organiser of DMEXCO, and the event's trademarks and distinctive signs belong to their respective owners. Billionhands accepts no responsibility for changes to the dates, times, location or access conditions of the event, which depend exclusively on its organiser.
Intellectual and industrial property
Billionhands owns the intellectual property rights over the Website, its source code and object code, its design, interface and other elements, as well as the industrial property rights over the "Billionhands" and "Rankimpact" trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs.
The texts, images, graphics and other content of the Website are owned by Billionhands or used under licence from third parties.
The user may view the content of the Website exclusively for private use and to assess their interest in Rankimpact, without modifying or altering it, and respecting in all cases the copyright and industrial property notices. This authorisation does not imply the grant of any licence. The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the Website or its content is prohibited, as is the extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of its information by automated means (screen scraping, bots, spiders, etc.) or manual means, except with the express written authorisation of Billionhands.
Permitted uses
As a user of the Website, you undertake to make proper use of it. In particular, and by way of example, you undertake to:
Not use the Website to transmit or install viruses or other harmful elements; not attempt to access restricted areas of the Website or the systems and networks of Billionhands; not attempt to breach its security measures; not replicate, reverse engineer or decompile the Website (except where permitted by law); not make excessive use of the Website or the form that could overload them, including mass or automated submission of forms; not use the Website to obtain information intended for a competing product or service; not impersonate another person or company or provide false data; and not use the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to current regulations or public order.
This list is merely indicative; you must also comply with the other obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions and in applicable law. If you make unauthorised use of the Website, or if your use causes damage to Billionhands or to third parties, you must compensate us.
Restriction of access
Billionhands may temporarily or permanently block your access to the Website, without prior notice, if it considers that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or of applicable law. Access may also be limited by maintenance work or by deactivation of the Website. You will not be entitled to make any claim against Billionhands for such blocking or limitation.
Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the DMEXCO website. Billionhands does not control and is not responsible for their content, and their use is subject to the terms, privacy and cookie policies and other conditions established by those third parties. You use these links at your own risk.
Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data collected or provided through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The Website is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Billionhands shall not be liable for damages arising from: the unsuitability, inaccessibility, unavailability, uselessness or poor performance of the Website; errors, inaccuracies or lack of updating of the information published on it; compatibility problems between the Website and your device; or third-party intrusions or viruses introduced into your systems. Nor shall it be liable for decisions taken by the user based on the indicative information about Rankimpact contained on the Website.
Where the law does not permit the exclusion of liability, Billionhands' liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Amendments
Billionhands reserves the right to modify the content and operation of the Website, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time. The version in force will be the one published on the Website at any given time, so we recommend that you review it periodically. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the use of the Website are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of your place of residence (if you are a consumer) or of Madrid (in all other cases, where legally possible).
